1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the b9myr platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. 2. Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only allowed to register and maintain one (1) active account at b9myr at any one time. Registering more than one account by the same person, whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or payment information, is a violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identification card (MyKad) or passport
• An active mobile number that can be contacted
• A valid and accessible email address
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

b9myr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated time may result in temporary account suspension. The account password is the exclusive responsibility of the account holder. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

b9myr provides a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The conditions relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the account holder's name only
• b9myr does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users

For a deposit of RM1,600, the bonus received is RM1,500 (the maximum limit), bringing the balance to RM3,100 with a wagering requirement of RM37,500 (RM1,500 × 25).

• The wagering requirement is 25 times the value of the bonus received
• Bonuses cannot be used to fulfil the wagering requirements of another bonus at the same time
• b9myr reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if the terms are violated
• Bonus offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged directly for cash
• Each promotion has its own validity period as stated in the relevant promotion terms

5. Game Rules and Platform Use

All games available at b9myr, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and card games, have their own rules that must be followed. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

The following are strictly prohibited when using the b9myr platform:
